Associate Professor of Developmental Psychology, her research focuses mainly on the study of developmental and educational psychology, on learning theories. In particular, she is interested in the theory of mind, metacognition, cognitive and learning styles and relationships between children and teachers.
Assistant Professor of Developmental Psychology, she is a trained developmental and sports psychologist whose research focuses on cognitive development, motor learning, and the relationship between sports participation and cognitive, affective, and moral development in youth athletes. PhD in Psychological Sciences (University of Padova - Italy in 2023), currently she works as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy), where she is involved in several projects aimed at promoting social inclusion, in collaboration with various stakeholders, both at the national and at the international level. Her main research interests lie in the area of Social Psychology, spanning from intergroup contact to self-transcendence emotions and gender equality. She was a visiting researcher at the New York University (USA) in 2018 and at the Northeastern University (USA) in 2022.
Postdoctoral researcher in Social Psychology, he earned a PhD in Learning and Innovation in Social and Work Contexts (University of Siena - Italy in 2025). His main research interests focus on socio-psychological topics such as group processes, morality, prosocial behavior, and activism. He is particularly interested in how positive role models can inspire change through positive and self-transcendent moral emotions. He is also strongly committed to the dissemination and popularization of social psychological topics through his podcast, The Social Mind.
